PSS Urbania is developing a localised SEACAP for the Sekondi-Takoradi Metropolitan Assembly (STMA). The SEACAP seeks to address climate change, energy access, and local governance in STMA. The main activities include climate and energy planning, climate adaptation actions, and climate risk assessments hinged on three core pillars (mitigation, adaptation and sustainable energy access).
