PSS Urbania is developing a comprehensive urban baseline data for the Green Cities and Infrastructure Programme. Key activities of the team includes:

• Designing and facilitating capacity-building programs and training modules for technical officials and stakeholders.
• Formulating and refining the monitoring and evaluation (M&E) framework for the national urban policy, ensuring the establishment of clear, measurable indicators.
• Overseeing the consultative review process for the M&E plan, incorporating stakeholder feedback and making necessary adjustments.
• Ensuring the preparation of technical summaries and key messages related to thematic reports for effective communication of findings.
• Leading the dissemination efforts of reports and ensure integration of data into national and local reporting platforms, such as urban observatories.
