PSS Urbania prepared the Resettlement Action Plan (RAP) for the redevelopment of Zabramma and Zongo Markets in Koforidua under the Ghana Secondary Cities Support Programme (GSCSP), Ghana. Subsequently, PSS Urbania provided technical assistance/guidance to the New Juaben South Municipal Assembly through the implementation of the RAP.

The team prepared the Stakeholder Engagement Plan (SEP); conducted extensive stakeholder engagement using the SEP; defined strategies for identifying displaced persons or vendors and their affected assets, livelihoods and the criteria for determining their eligibility for compensation/resettlement assistance; conducted valuation of assets; and conducted socio-economic baseline surveys of affected persons and site investigations.
