Construction work on the 14km highway comprising the first 6km (Tetteh Quarshie Interchange – Apenkwa Interchange Section) and 8km (Apenkwa Interchange – Mallam Junction) 

Supervised the implementation of the environmental management measures in the project environmental management plan (EMP) and resettlement measures, including compensation paid to affected persons and businesses, outlined in the project RAP.
